This year we’re switching up our blog to answer some of your styling questions and to introduce you to some of our favorite pieces, share why we designed them and how we wear them.

As this is our inaugural “Style It to a T” post, I think it’s best to start with one of my favorite pieces– the Rita Cardigan. What’s so special about a cardigan? A cardigan is the most year-round women's sweater you can wear as it is such an easy layer to pop on and polish your look as the seasons change.

The Rita is a luxe, chunky knit with her all-natural wool and cashmere blend. As we’re all about investing in the pieces you will return to again and again, she’s available in three classic colors– jet black, ivory, and oatmeal. With such classic colors, she’s versatile to style with pieces you already own.

The Rita is also great for traveling (I always bring her when I’m on the go).

• Styled to a T with Jeans: Simple, classic and elevated. Easy luxe that’s perfect for weekend errands or a more casual day at the office.
• Styled to T with different textures. Sometimes a monochrome look can fall flat. I like to play with different textures to draw the eye in and give my look a bit of an edge. Here are two ensembles I’ve been wearing a lot recently. They’re the quintessential desk-to-drinks looks.

I love the Rita so much that we made a mini-version, the Rosie Cardigan, so that my daughter and Icould match! It’s the same silhouette as the Rita, is 100% cotton, and comes in oatmeal, pink, and navy. Liv lives in it. She calls it her “comfy sweater.” What’s more fun than being styled to a T with your mini me?
